Last year’s Dance Battle was dope… but a bboy battle it was not. This year, it’s time for the bboy’s to shine. We are welcoming bboys from the world over to compete in the 2012 Copenhagen BBoy BBQ BBoy Battle! With original, one-of-a-kind prizes, including a hand sculpted gold Championship Trophy, there can be only one winner in this year’s bboy battle. Check out the preliminary details below:
Head 2 Head BBoy Tournament: Only the strong survive! This year’s BBoy Battle is a single elimination 1 on 1 tournament.
Judges: Kenneth “WildKatz” Fogel, Jens Lyn, & BBoy Sonic
Prizes:
- + Signed and framed 2012 Copenhagen BBoy BBQ Poster – autographed by performers and judges
- + 2 tickets to Detour Urban Dance Festival
- + Dance video: the battle winner will be featured in their own promo video produced in full HD by Gotham Gallery
- + Original Portrait of the Champion by Juse One: Win the battle, and have your portrait painted by Juse One and included in his upcoming exhibition “The Art of Dopeness”
- + 2012 Copenhagen BBoy BBQ BBoy Battle Championship Trophy – original hand sculpted trophy made by graffiti artist Dix One of TPN Crew
